Death Certificates

Death certificates are now electronic, from 2009 until current year, and can be purchased at any local vital statistics office in the state of Florida for Florida death only.  Out of state death must be purchased in the state the death occurred. If you are not an immediate family member or a legal representative, you will not be able to purchase death certificates listing the cause of death without proper authorization.
