EUSTIS, FL– The Florida Department of Health in Lake County is proud to celebrate and recognize the service of our veterans by hosting a Veteran’s Day Event on November 08, 2018 at the Florida Department of Health location in Umatilla Florida. Appointments are preferred, but walk-ins are welcome. Possible nominal fee based on financial eligibility.
Veterans are invited to access services such as registration for Prediabetes Classes, Smoking Cessation Classes as well as clinical services. Examples of clinical services that will be available are Immunizations including Flu Shots, Work Physicals, STI Testing, Family Planning and Quick Scripts. Referrals will be provided to informational points of contact to access services we do not provide.
