DOH-LAKE COVID-19 IMMUNIZATION SITES UPDATE FOR AMAZON SITE 03/23/21

Eustis, FL. – The Florida Department of Health in Lake County (DOH-Lake) COVID-19 Immunization site at the Amazon Distribution Center will be closed permanently at close of business on April 2, 2021 (1:00 p.m.):

The Florida Department of Health in Lake County would like to thank the City of Groveland and all our partners for providing over 34,000 vaccines at this site alone!

Amazon Distribution Site - 7453 Republic Drive, Groveland Hours of operation for the week of March 29 – April 2nd, 2021 are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. (Wednesday will have extended hours till 7PM) - Open for 1st and 2nd doses on a first come, first served basis.

Schedules are based on vaccine availability.  Dates and times are subject to change.

The Department of Health in Lake County encourages people in the Governors executive order to use this opportunity to get vaccinated at this no appointment vaccination site!

During this phase, we’ll continue to vaccinate the following populations: Persons 50 years of age and older; Health Care personnel with direct patient contact; Long-term care facility residents and staff; Persons under 50 deemed medically vulnerable by a physician (RequiredForm)
