OFFICE TO CLOSE IN OBSERVANCE OF THE VETERAN'S DAY HOLIDAY

Eustis, FL– All Florida Department of Health in Lake County offices and immunization/testing sites will be closed Thursday, November 11, 2021 to observe the Veteran’s Day Holiday.  All offices and immunization/testing sites will reopen Friday, November 12, 2021 with regularly scheduled hours. As in all medical emergencies, residents needing immediate assistance should dial 911.
