Aaron Kissler began his journey with the Florida Department of Health in 2012, taking on the role of Health Officer for Gadsden County. Before this, he served as the Health Officer for Clear Creek County, Colorado. With two decades of public health expertise spanning California, Colorado, Louisiana, South Carolina, and Florida, Aaron brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to his work.

In addition to his current roles, Aaron has served as the interim Health Officer for Cirtus, Brevard, Osceola, and Volusia County Health Departments in Florida.

In 2003, Aaron earned a master's degree in public health from the University of South Florida. Since 2014, he has been serving as the Health Officer for Lake County. His professional passions include data analysis, epidemiology, and fostering community engagement.
