THE TOBACCO PREVENTION PROGRAM FOR THE FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH IN LAKE COUNTY RELOCATING
THE TOBACCO PREVENTION PROGRAM FOR THE FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH IN LAKE COUNTY WILL BE RELOCATING FROM THE “EUSTIS HEALTH CENTER” TO THE DEPARTMENT’S ADMINISTRATION BUILDING EFFECTIVE FRIDAY, JUNE 26, 2015
Tavares – Beginning Friday, June 26, 2015, the Tobacco Program which was formerly housed in the “Eustis Health Center”, located at 14 North Eustis Street in Eustis, will be permanently relocated to the department’s Administration Building located at 16140 US Hwy 441, Eustis, FL 32726.
The department works to protect, promote and improve the health of all people in Florida through integrated state, county and community efforts.
