Lake County– The Florida Department of Health in Lake County Clermont WIC office located at 560 West Desoto Street in Clermont FL will be closed from Monday March 28, 2016 through Thursday, March 31dy while construction of the parking lot is completed.
The office will reopen Friday, April 1st, 2016 with regular schedule hours. If you have any questions or need to make an appointment please contact the WIC appointment line at (352) 771-5559.
