Lake Children's Dentistry Office Temporarily Closed 

Eustis, FL– The Florida Department of Health in Lake County Lake Children’s Dentistry office, located at 3261 US Hwy 441, Suite F-1, Fruitland Park, FL, will be closed from Monday February 20, 2017 through Friday, February 24, 2017 while the office interior is painted.

The office will reopen Monday, February 27, 2017 with regular schedule hours.  If you have any questions or need to make an appointment, please contact us at (352) 360-6602.
