DOH-LAKE COVID-19 TESTING SITES SCHEDULE UPDATE

Eustis, FL. – Effective Thursday, July 9, the schedule for the Florida Department of Health in Lake County (DOH-Lake) COVID-19 testing sites will be:

TESTING SCHEDULE FOR THE WEEK OF JULY 6 – JULY 10, 2020

• Real Life Christian Church, 1501 Steve’s Road, Clermont (July 6 - July 9)
• Lake-Sumter State College, 9501 US Highway 441, Leesburg (July 6 - July 10)

TESTING SCHEDULE FOR THE WEEK OF JULY 13 – TILL FURTHER NOTICE:

• Clermont Testing Site location “to be determined”
• Lake-Sumter State College, 9501 US Highway 441, Leesburg

The hours of operations will be Monday through Friday beginning at 9:00 a.m. while test kits are available. On a first-come, first-serve basis for residents and non-residents, including children. (No testing criteria required)
