DOH-LAKE COVID-19 TESTING SITES SCHEDULE UPDATE

Eustis, FL. – Effective Monday, July 13, the schedule for the Florida Department of Health in Lake County (DOH-Lake) COVID-19 testing sites will be:

TESTING SCHEDULE FOR THE WEEK OF JULY 13 – TILL FURTHER NOTICE:

• Lake-Sumter State College, 9501 US Highway 441, Leesburg
• South Lake High School, 15600 Silver Eagle Rd. Groveland (starting 7/14)

The hours of operations will be Monday through Friday beginning at 9:00 a.m. while test kits are available. On a first-come, first-serve basis for residents and non-residents, including children. (No testing criteria required)
