DOH-LAKE COVID-19 TESTING SITES SCHEDULE UPDATE

Eustis, FL. – Effective Monday, November 30, 2020 the schedule for the Florida Department of Health in Lake County (DOH-Lake) COVID-19 testing sites will be:

TESTING SCHEDULE FOR THE WEEK OF NOVEMBER 30 – TILL FURTHER NOTICE:

• DOH-Lake Clermont WIC, 560 W. DeSoto Street, Clermont Open Mondays through Fridays
• DOH-Lake Leesburg WIC, 1904 Griffin Road, Leesburg Open Tuesdays & Thursdays only

As a reminder, testing beginning at 9:00 a.m. while test kits are available. On a first-come, first- serve basis for residents and non-residents, including children. (No testing criteria required) Please bring your insurance card and photo ID with you.
