DOH-LAKE COVID-19 TESTING SITES SCHEDULE UPDATE

Eustis, FL. – Effective Friday, December 18, 2020 the schedule for the Florida Department of Health in Lake County (DOH-Lake) COVID-19 testing sites will be:

NOTE: All DOH-Lake Testing Sites will be closed Friday, December 18th, 2020

 

TESTING SCHEDULE FOR THE WEEK OF DECEMBER 21 – TILL FURTHER NOTICE:

All DOH-Lake Testing Sites will be closed for Christmas Eve & Christmas Day (Thursday & Friday December 24 – 25, 2020) and for New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day Thursday, December 31, 2020 & Friday, January 1, 2021.

*  Cooper Memorial Library, 2525 Oakley Seaver Dr, Clermont

Please note: Clients coming to get tested will need to enter from the library entrance on Oakley Seaver Drive.

Open Mondays through Fridays

*  DOH-Lake Leesburg WIC, 1904 Griffin Road, Leesburg

Open Tuesdays & Thursdays only

As a reminder, testing beginning at 9:00 a.m. while test kits are available. On a first-come, first- serve basis for residents and non-residents, including children. (No testing criteria required) Please bring your insurance card and photo ID with you.
