Eustis, FL. – Effective Monday, August 24, 2020, the schedule for the Florida Department of Health in Lake County (DOH-Lake) COVID-19 testing sites will be:

 

 

TESTING SCHEDULE FOR THE WEEK OF AUGUST 24 – TILL FURTHER NOTICE:

 

  • Lake-Sumter State College, 9501 US Highway 441, Leesburg
  • DOH-Lake Clermont WIC, 560 W. DeSoto Street, Clermont

 

As a reminder, the hours of operations are Monday through Friday beginning at 9:00 a.m. while test kits are available. On a first-come, first-serve basis for residents and non-residents, including children. (No testing criteria required)
