DOH-LAKE COVID-19 VACCINE SITES UPDATE – “NEW LOCATION”

Eustis, FL. – The Florida Department of Health in Lake County (DOH-Lake) will continue COVID-19 immunizations at the Cooper Memorial Library located at 2525 Oakley Seaver Drive, Clermont. However, please be aware that tomorrow evening we will close, and operations will be moved to the Clermont Arts and Recreation Center located at 3700 S. Hwy 27, Clermont.

Further information will be provided shortly.

We will be honoring scheduled appointments only at all DOH-Lake immunizations sites from Thursday, December 31, 2020 through Saturday, January 2, 2021. When we receive our second shipment, we will be opening it up all DOH-Lake immunization sites to walk-ins.
