Sexually transmitted disease testing, case management, counseling, and treatment services are provided. Confidential HIV/AIDS testing and treatment, HIV nutritional counseling, prescription medications, and vitamins are also available.

The Specialty Care Clinic – HIV/AIDS Section provides services and treatment for prevention and people living with HIV/AIDS (PLWH). Services include, but are not limited to:

  • Confidential testing
  • Pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP) and post-exposure prophylaxis (PEP)
  • HIV/AIDS treatment and counseling
  • Prescription assistance through the AIDS Drug Assistance Program (ADAP)
  • Surveillance and Partner Notification


Services through Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program (RWHAP) for eligible PLWH include, but are not limited to:

  • Case Management

  • Early Intervention (Counseling and Testing)
