Randolph Augustin started his role as the Administrator for the Florida Department of Health in Lake County in May of 2026. Mr. Augustin is a seasoned senior executive with over 20 years leading large-scale public health systems, programs, and workforce teams across the globe. He has extensive experience directing county and national level health initiatives spanning environmental public health, chronic and communicable disease, family health, preparedness and response, and vital statistics. He is adept at managing budgets exceeding $2B, overseeing teams of 100+ staff, and fostering community partnerships to improve health outcomes.
